The location was great, very close to the port which gave a great view of the ships lined up at night. the staff was very accommodating, especially the cleaning crew who made sure I got the privacy and undisturbed sleep I needed. the room was very spacious and clean.
The breakfast was quite basic, with limited options and not always fresh. the restaurant menu was also lacking and needs improvement.

The view from the room was spectacular and definitely the highlight of the stay. The staff were friendly and polite, going out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Plus, the location was ideal for exploring the area.
The breakfast options were limited and did not seem fresh. Additionally, the lack of amenities, such as shampoo and room service, was disappointing. the hotel could use some improvement in terms of its offerings.

Located in a convenient area, it is easy to get around from here. the room itself is quite spacious and includes a lovely bathroom. Staff at the front desk are welcoming and helpful. the pool is small but pleasant and adds a nice touch to the ambiance.
The restaurant leaves something to be desired. the menu is limited and the food quality was not up to par.

I had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel! The staff were incredibly accommodating and exceeded my expectations. The cleaning crew went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and even allowed me to extend my sleeping hours without disturbance. The reception staff was also exceptional, calling in the morning to ensure I didn't miss out on breakfast. This level of care truly demonstrates how much this hotel values their guests.
